Four of us dined at La Plazuela and all four of us had an excellent meal. While I have mostly enjoyed my dining experience in the past this visit was the best! Good service too.

We ate in the bar which is not this restaurant, but next to it with a different menu. They recently remodeled the bar and it made it a lot nicer looking, but I miss the old look and feel. I was there on a Monday night, they had a swing band going on and it looked like the locals where having fun.

There's a parking structure next to the hotel. $10 a day
It's a beautiful place with great food and service but I don't know if it's economical
Yes, they serve lunch on the rooftop. It closes 1 hour after sunset and provides an awesome view on a clear day.
